A:1.Factory Reset:
Remove the SD card (incompatibility may cause connection issues).
Locate the reset button near the SD card slot; press and hold for 7-10 seconds until you hear a "Factory reset" prompt. Wait 10-15 seconds for completion.
2.Network Configuration Check
Ensure 2.4GHz WiFi is used (5GHz is unsupported). If unstable, switch your router to 2.4GHz.
3.WiFi Naming Rules
Only letters, numbers, and basic symbols (!@#$%^&*) are allowed. Emojis or non-Latin characters may cause failure.
4.QR Code Scanning
For dual-lens models, use the PTZ lens (not the top one) to scan the setup QR code.
5.Router Compatibility Test
Some routers’ firewall settings may block connections. Prepare a second Phone and connect the camera to this mobile hotspot to isolate the issue.
A: *Before initial setup, reset the camera by holding the steel button near the memory card slot for 7–10 seconds until a confirmation beep sounds.
A: Disable "Dual-Band Merge" or "5G Priority" in the router admin panel (e.g., 192.168.1.1).
Enable 2.4 GHz separately, save, and reboot.

A: Only models with an RJ45 (LAN) port support ONVIF and can connect to NVRs.
A: * Direct download from the iCSee app to your phone, then transfer via email/messengers.
* Onboard memory card or optional cloud storage.

A: * Disable pop-up ads in the app settings.
* Activate Cloud Service (Alarm/Cloud Video) for an ad-free experience.
A: You can add multiple cameras on the same account, and there is no limits for the camera quantity.

* Now you can add new cameras.
A:Storage duration depends on the card capacity you choose (32GB/64GB/128GB available).
Estimated recording time:
* 32GB: 1-7 days
* 64GB: 7-15 days
* 128GB: 15-30 days
A: The app defaults to cyclic recording—when the card is full, it automatically deletes older footage to save newer recordings!
Auto-Overwrite: Old data is replaced when full.
A: The camera switches to night mode automatically in low light. Two options:
- Standard (black-and-white)
- Backlight (daytime-like illumination).
